Our services are subject to the conditions stated below. Please read the terms and make sure you are fully convinced with them before using our website/services.

Orders
Prior to accepting and processing your order, OrientalTailors.com might at times request verification of information, especially in case of company purchase orders and large ticket orders. Your credit card is charged as soon as your order enters our database. OrientalTailors.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. Since each shirt is custom made to fit you, it will take 1 - 2 weeks to leave our premises. Shipping time depends on your country’s location.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, it will be submitted to our tailors for processing, and it can thus no longer be cancelled. Due to the custom made nature of these shirts, this also means no refunds.

Return Policy
Our shirts are 100% custom tailored. In case of some error, we will do everything to correct the source of dissatisfaction and replace the shirt. We do not charge anything for the replacement so long as no new fabric is needed. You are, however, responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping and customs duties charges are not refundable. We recommend you select a shipping carrier that provides a shipment tracking option and insurance. No return will be accepted without a Return Material Authorisation number. OrientalTailors.com reserves the right to refuse any return. We shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from purchases from the website.

Fabric Availability
We constantly update our online stores to ascertain that all the fabrics there are in stock. In case you choose a certain fabric that ran out of stock before out check up, we will contact you and let you know. Our online store displays a small portion of the actual fabric selection we have, so if you have a specific request for a fabric, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

Information Errors
OrientalTailors.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions related to pricing, copy, photography, or scanning. Please use the fabric description as a guide.

Security & Privacy
Once you create your account on OrientalTailors.com, you are responsible for maintaining your account’s password and for restricting access to it. All activities that occur under your name/account or password are your responsibility. In case of the occurrence of activities that you have not made or authorised, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately on this email: emergency-at-orientaltailors.com.
As for credit card security on OrientalTailors.com, your card’s number is NOT stored in our records, instead, you input it each time and it automatically goes through to the payment gateway which handles the transaction under a high grade AES 256-bit encrypted connection – in other words, it’s highly safe.

Sales Tax

If you receive a product that is not as described, please return it in unused condition so that we replace it.
